The site itself was easy enough to use, like I could usually find what I needed without wandering around too much. A couple pages were kind of slow or just... not super obvious, but overall it was fine.
Getting it installed was the part that took me a bit. Not awful or anything, but I definitely had to go back and read the steps again because some parts were a little vague. If you’re not that techy, like me, it could be clearer.
It’s working fine now, so I don’t really have major complaints. Just, the setup wasn’t exactly smooth, which is why I’d probably land around 3 stars.

It was okay overall. Nothing really wrong with it, but for the price, I expected a bit more. Not the best value in my opinion.

I had a really frustrating time trying to return my order. The process felt way more complicated than it needed to be, and customer service didn’t really help me sort anything out. I also got the feeling there might be extra fees tucked in somewhere, because the refund amount didn’t seem very clear. Overall, not a great experience

Not gonna lie, it’s not a perfect fit, but it does the job and works okay with our stroller.

I’ve ordered from this brand before and usually have a good experience, so I was a little torn this time. The package did arrive in okay condition, but it showed up later than expected. I still like the products, but the slow delivery was frustrating.
